Transgender - Is The Voice's Sasha Allen a girl?

Sasha disclosed her transgender identity at the time she entered high school. These were tough years, but Sasha was confident that with the help of his family and music he could handle anything. Jim and Sasha have been writing together for a while and, recently, formed an official couple. They've played at open mics in the local area and other places. The Voice coaches didn't discuss Sasha's past, but Jim and he talked about their story before they performed. Both Jim and Sasha talked about what music they like, as well as their experiences. Sasha took up guitar first at six. It was the fact that his father was a music instructor helped Sasha to learn the craft. Sasha was born a female and had a hard time finding his identity as young. In a post on Instagram she shared her struggles. Jim was overwhelmed with emotion when he spoke of his reasons for not being in a position to assist in these tough times. Sasha Allen's birth occurred as a woman. Sasha Allen will be 19 year old by 2021. Sasha began to transition from male to female when he began the high school. Sasha posted on Instagram, "I am the third transgender person ever to make it on the show and I'm delighted to represent transgender people in such a broad platform."
